Product Description:
The entire pressing process is divided into five stages: fast
forward, detection, pressing, holding, and return. When the machine
is turned on, it will automatically search for the mechanical
origin point. After setting the parameters, press the start button
to press the head to descend to the detection position at a fast
forward speed, and then descend at the detection speed to start the
detection process. The detection process continues until the set
detection limit position is reached. If the workpiece is not
detected at the detection limit position, the pressure head will
stop moving. At this time, the return to zero button can be pressed
to return to the mechanical origin; When the contact pressure
reaches the set value during the detection process, the pressure
head automatically switches to the pressing speed to start pressing
the workpiece. When pressed to the set position, the pressure will
be maintained according to the user's set holding time. After the
holding time is over, the pressure head will return to the set
working origin at the set speed.

1. After the press fit is completed, the product quality is judged
based on the press fit results.

analyzing data. Placed in a location that is suitable for manual
operation, the operator can visually observe the position,
pressure, output, production status, and other data of all
monitoring points on the display.

requirements. If the real-time data is not within the range, the
device will automatically sound an alarm.
